At Fade One Barbershop, we value your time—and we ask that you value ours. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. A no call / no show leaves your barber without the opportunity to fill that time and impacts other clients who could have booked.

Policy Details:

If you no call / no show for your appointment, you will be required to pay for the missed service before booking a new one.
To rebook, both the missed appointment fee and the new service must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.
This policy is in place to respect our team’s time and maintain fairness to all clients.

We understand emergencies happen—if you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 4 hours in advance.
